Our popular salted dark chocolate caramel gift box includes three types of luxurious salted chocolate caramels. They are encased in our signature dark chocolate and paired with different fleur de sel to provide their unique flavours. Our caramels are made with four pure and wholesome ingredients: whipping cream, butter, sugar and glucose. Learn more about the sea salt we use in this caramel chocolate box: Sel de Guérande is our favourite one! This sea salt comes from Brittany, a region in France, and has a strong iodine flavour so typical of the area where it is harvested. Our second favourite, the Salish sea salt, or smoked sea salt, presents a strong smoke flavour very pleasing on the palate. Last but not least, the Hawaiian sea salt offers more minerals and a rich flavour.
