Fender Jazz Bass Pickguard & Control Plate SET-of-2: Colorful Japanese Dragon and Cherry Blossom in Vintage Style 3mm Birchwood. This beautiful floral Jazz Bass scratchplate and matching control plate were made from 3 mm thick birch wood. The wood plate was first cut and sanded, the edges were slightly beveled, and mounting holes were countersunk. Then we used our proprietary technology to transfer the high quality image of a colorful Japanese dragon in vintage style. The colors are slightly muted which gives this set a vintage vibe. Two coats of matte-satin varnish were applied for protection.
